My journey began long before I ever held a camera. For over a decade, taekwondo shaped the way I see the world, the rhythm of movement, the quiet before impact, the split‑second where everything you’ve worked for becomes real. It taught me to notice emotion in motion and stories hidden in stillness.
While working at a Taekwondo school, I started taking photos simply to capture events. But the more I photographed, the more I realized something deeper: athletes weren’t just fighting opponents, they were fighting for memories. So many wished someone had been there to freeze their proudest moments before they disappeared. That stayed with me and slowly became my purpose.
After graduating from UT Dallas with a degree in Marketing, I followed the pull toward storytelling through images. I wanted to create photographs that feel alive, that hold emotion, that let people see themselves with pride and tenderness.
Today, whether I’m capturing the power of a kick, the quiet confidence of a graduate, or the warmth of a family wrapped in laughter, my purpose is the same: to preserve the moments that matter, before they slip into memory. Every person I photograph trusts me with a piece of their story. I don’t take that lightly. I’m here to create images that feel honest, heartfelt, and deeply personal — the kind you’ll look back on years from now and still feel in your chest.
